Nose Meditation Improve Your Sense of Smell

The five senses can meditate to improve its capacity and make human more sensitive to environments. Human has five senses like nose, eyes, ear, tongue, and skin. All sense tools can meditate to improve their capability except tongue. But, actually, tongue can train with feel food and other smell into mouth slowly and patiently when we consume anything. This article will discuss how nose meditation conducts to improve our sense of smell. What benefit with this meditation? I will write nose and ear meditation only in this ezine website.

Nose meditation is extension mediation of dragon meditation (DM). This is can improve your smell capability although your nose will not like dog nose sense capability. The benefits from this nose meditation are: (1) improve your smell capability; (2) you will able to smell very long distance (3) Your nose will healthier.

Steps to conduct nose meditation are

[1] You must train DM or another meditation before you try this meditation. If you are beginner in meditation, then you will feel very hard to do this.

[2] Take sit position like you want. Any position can take for this meditation.

[3] Wear light cloth and place in good room without hard light and hard smell.

[4] Arrange your breath very loose like sleeping people. Feel your hand. Next, feel your meditation after much time.

[5] After your meditation in stable condition, feel your nose, feel your nose smell something in very long place.

[6] Do not think what you smell with your nose. Your feel will guide self of your nose. In this case, you do not know where you smell something because your feel guide you.

[7] Keep feel to your nose. You will smell something automatically.

[8] You are not know what you smell it. But, if you keep to smell it and keep concentration in mediation then you will know where location of smell.

[9] To prove it, visit location that you know from your meditation. Usually, you will get this smell and you will know what it is.

After you get good training in this meditation, of course you will have smell capability with highest sensitivity. You will become on guard people everyday because of this. Moreover, if you are train other your senses regularly.
